For orders shipped directly by Topseat within the continental United States, title to and risk of loss for the products pass to you when the carrier confirms delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout. If an order is lost or damaged before confirmed delivery, please contact us. We will investigate the issue with the carrier and, as appropriate, provide a replacement or refund in accordance with our Shipping Policy.
Topseat is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer. If you use a freight-forwarding or package-forwarding service, delivery to the designated U.S. address constitutes delivery of the order, and Topseat is not responsible for loss or damage occurring afterward.
