RETURN ELIGIBILITY
Topseat provides a fair and flexible return policy.
All products — whether unused, uninstalled, opened, or installed — may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Topseat will determine the most suitable handling method based on each situation:
- If the product is unused, uninstalled, or remains in its original, complete packaging, please return it using the prepaid label provided by Topseat.
- If the product has been opened or installed, Topseat will either (a) accept the return and responsibly recycle or dispose of the product after receipt, or (b) after evaluation, issue a refund without requiring a physical return.
This approach ensures both hygiene and sustainability while offering customers a simple and reassuring return process.
RETURN SHIPPING
Topseat offers free return shipping for all orders shipped within the continental United States.
Once your return request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to you by email.
HOW TO START A RETURN
- Visit the Return Portal or email CS@topseat.com within 30 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and item SKU. You may also share the reason for return to help us improve.
- If the product was damaged, defective, or incorrect, please attach clear photos.
- You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label (if required).
- Please ship the return within 14 days of receiving the RMA to avoid delays.
REFUNDS & TIMELINES
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after your return is received or approved.
- Depending on the case, Topseat may issue a refund without requiring the product to be sent back.
- No restocking fees will apply, and all refunds will be processed transparently.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEM
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly so we can resolve the issue.
- Report shipping damage within 7 days of delivery and defects within 30 days.
- Include photos of both the product and packaging.
- Keep all packaging until we confirm next steps.
- Topseat will provide a prepaid return label and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
EXCHANGES
To exchange for a different model or size, simply place a new order and return the original item following the return process.
Your refund will be issued once the return is received or approved.
MARKETPLACE PURCHASES
If your Topseat product was purchased through another retailer or online marketplace (e.g., Amazon, Walmart, Wayfair), please initiate the return directly through that platform so your order and refund are processed under their policies.
