1. Shipping Coverage

Topseat currently provides free shipping for all orders within the continental United States (mainland USA) through our official online store.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping, including to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or other countries.

If you wish to arrange delivery outside the continental U.S., you may do so using your own forwarding service. Please note that in such cases, the forwarding process is entirely at your discretion and responsibility after delivery to your designated U.S. address.


2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate. If there are any issues with your address, our team will reach out to assist promptly.


3. Shipping Methods and Timeframes

We partner with trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS to ensure reliable delivery.
Estimated delivery time within the continental U.S. is usually 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the carrier’s route.

During holidays or peak seasons, delivery may take slightly longer, but we’ll do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Shipping is free for all eligible orders shipped within the continental United States.
Any special promotions or expedited shipping options will be displayed at checkout.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and carrier details.

6. Damaged or Missing Shipments

If your package arrives damaged or appears tampered with, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
Email CS@topseat.com with your order number, tracking number, and clear photos of the package and product.
We will promptly investigate and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.


7. Risk of Loss

Topseat takes full responsibility for your order until it safely arrives at your address.
If your tracking shows a delay, missing package, or delivery issue, simply contact our support team—we’ll coordinate directly with the carrier to resolve the problem for you.
